TERMS OF USE
The ski pass is issued on chip card with a refundable deposit of €2. The first time the customer passes through the turnstile, the first photo is taken and the ski pass becomes non-transferable. At the same time, by first passing through the turnstile, the customer agrees to the processing of personal data. Each customer is monitored by the system. After detecting the use of the ski pass by another person, the ski pass will be permanently BLOCKED, without the right to a refund.

- eshop.martinky.com – it is possible to buy ski passes at a cheaper price in the online store, the condition is that the purchase is made at least 1 day in advance. After purchase, ski passes are sent in the form of an electronic voucher to the email you enter in the order. You can then show the voucher at the cash desk in the ski center (printed or on your mobile phone) and it will be exchanged for a valid ski pass.
FREE OF CHARGE
- SKI LIFTS and CABLE CAR – children up to the age of 6 who use the service accompanied by a parent with a valid ski pass.
- SLEDGING – in the children’s area, for everyone during the opening hours of the ski center.
EXPLANATORY NOTES
- * 4 HOUR SKIPASS
– valid for 4 consecutive hours from the first time you pass the turnstile. Validity expires after the expiration of the time or the end of the opening hours in the ski center on the given day. - ** FAMILY SKI PASSES – 1 day family ticket (2 parents + 1 or 2 children)
– condition of sale is identical surnames or same residence of the family, presentation of parents’ identity cards and children’s insurance cards, children must meet the condition of the child discount
– children must meet the age requirement by the day they reach the age of 18
– tickets cannot be sold without presenting the documents
– the combination of other promotions and discounts with family tickets is not possible - *** CHILD SKI LIFT – only for children under 12 years old
- ONE-TIME SKIPASS – valid for one ride on the cable car or ski lift
DISCOUNT CATEGORIES
- CHILD, JUNIOR – only children or students under the age of 18 can use the discount. When purchasing a ticket, it is mandatory to present an insurance card, identity card or passport.
- STUDENT, EURO 26, ISIC, ITIC, DISABLED PEOPLE – holders of EURO 26 cards, ISIC, ITIC and disability cards. When making a purchase, you present an ID card or ID card.
- SENIOR – the discount can be used by persons from the date of reaching the age of 60. When purchasing a ticket, they are required to present their identity card or passport.
- SEASON PASS – when purchasing and equipping a ski season ticket, it is necessary to present an identity card, passport or insurance card.
IMPORTANT, WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
In case of non-respect of the rules stated in this price list, the ski resort will withdraw or invalidate the skipass. The ski resort reserves the right to change of these prices and conditions. The price of the skipass includes insurance for the intervention of the Mountain Rescue Service, which is our contractual partner. Report any injuries to the ski lift operator or the Mountain Rescue Service directly.
In case of adverse weather conditions preventing the operation of all transport facilities, the operator can issue replacement skipass for any other date in the winter season. If only some of the transport equipment is not in operation, we do not provide compensation. Financial compensation is not provided for the skipass.
