The best skiing is always associated with a good amount of snow. On Martinské hole, you can enjoy it even during the spring holidays, when the lower resorts are already yawning with emptiness. Winter Park Martinky is located at an altitude of 1,150 to 1,456 m above sea level. m. with a unique view of the Turčianska basin and the surrounding mountains.

Holiday activities and ski school
A ski school under the supervision of experienced FATRA SKI instructors awaits little skiers. For beginners, there is a safe and well-maintained children’s slope and various aids that will not only make learning easier, but also faster and more enjoyable. Individual skiing and snowboarding lessons are also available for adults, including ski service, rental of the necessary equipment and equipment.
A team building program is prepared for groups or work teams. You can enjoy skiing and snowshoeing together during the day or at night with headlamps. For the more demanding, an avalanche course is available under the supervision of international UIMLA mountain guides.
Winter hiking on Martinské hole
Winter hiking in Lúčanská Mala Fatra offers not only physical activity. On the ridge, you can see the entire Turiec or even the distant tips of the High Tatras. For your walks with friends, there are clearly designed routes on the center’s website, along with a description and a map.
If you are a fan of adrenaline sports, you can plan a winter Ferrata HZS crossing. The stream and iron ropes are under snow and ice until March. To conquer the via ferrata you will need climbing crampons and an ice axe. Experience working with via ferrata equipment even during the winter and overcome snowy walls or icefalls in the Pivovarský stream canyon.
Family Sundays with a mascot
The Winter Park Martinky center implements an entertainment program during the ski season. Families with children can look forward to activities with animators and the squirrel mascot Marta, which takes place during the operation of the ski resort every Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The sledding slope next to the children’s lift is also regularly maintained and available free of charge.
Snacks right on the slope
Skiers and tourists can enjoy a wide range of refreshments in the heart of the ski resort. Restaurant Nová Ponorka provides, in addition to the morning and lunch menu, the option of evening meals at Martinské hole. Refreshments on the slopes are complemented by Snack Bar Marta with an Après-ski bar.
